We received a Vitamix for Christmas, so as the sugar and pasta leftovers slowly dwindle out of the fridge, we focus on living a more plant-based diet.

This was our first juice. It was very thick so next time I will add an apple or a bit more water.

1/2 cucumber
4 celery stalks

Juice of 1/2 lemon (stirred in at end)

Ha. I just noticed I didn't add the lemon and doubled the ginger - so it has a bit of a kick. But Tiger slammed it down, so it must still be good. AND it comes with a free green mustache.
